2025 KCA Annual Golf Outing ~ June 24, 2025

Join industry folks from across the Commonwealth as we take part in our annual KCA Golf Outing. This year's outing will be held at the Big Springs Country Club, Harmony Landing Campus and is sure to be a fantastic event. Take advantage of this opportunity to network with others throughout the industry and show off your skills on the greens. This four-person scramble will have three flights with awards given to the 1st-4th place winning teams in each flight at the awards dinner following the tournament.

Registration includes lunch, green fees, cart fees, beverages on the course, dinner and golf polos.

Sponsorship opportunities are available through registration for those that are interested, including welcome sponsor (1 available), lunch sponsors (2 available), awards banquet sponsors (2 available), beverage sponsors (1 available), hole sponsors (18 available), and door prize sponsors (unlimited ~ items to be donated for door prize drawing at awards banquet).  If you register to become a sponsor, please send a high-resolution logo to Aaron Cunningham, aaron@kyconcrete.org. 

Dress codes will be strictly enforced this year. Please make sure you adhere to the following guidelines:

Men’s Dress Code

1. Men must wear shirts with collars or a blade collar. Turtlenecks and mock turtlenecks are permitted.

2. Men must have their shirts tucked in.

3. When using the golf course and practice facilities, hats must always be worn with the bill facing forward. Hats

may be worn in Golf Shop but may not be worn in other parts of the Clubhouse per club rules.

4. Tailored golf shorts, knickers or pants are acceptable.

5. Tennis shorts, cutoffs, running shorts/pants, exercise shorts/pants are not permitted. Jeans or jean shorts of any

color is not considered appropriate attire for the golf facilities and are also not permitted.

6. Golf specific shoes with non-metal spikes or rubber-soled shoes must be worn. Turf-type soled shoes sandals

and flip-flops are not permitted, including those manufactured by a golf company.

7. Swimming attire is not permitted for any age group at any time on the golf course or any of the golf practice

facilities.

8. Jeans, denims, abbreviated tops, tank tops, cutoffs, swimwear, jerseys, T-shirts, or any type of shirt with

printed phrases and warm-up suits are not permitted on the golf course or any of the golf practice facilities.

Women’s Dress Code

1. Women must wear tops with collars or a round neck. Sleeveless shirts are permitted provided they have a collar.

2. Halter tops, tank tops, T-shirts, bare midriff garments, jerseys, or any type of shirt with printed phrases and

warm-up suits are not permitted. Leggings, tights, yoga pants and excessively short shorts are not permitted.

3. Leggings, tights, and yoga pants are permissible to be worn when covered by shorts, skirt or a skort.

4. Denim jeans, jean shorts, jean skirts, tennis skirts/skorts, running shorts, exercise clothing, athletic shorts &

pants or excessively short skirts are not permitted.

6. Hats and visors are permitted but should be worn facing forward.
