It’s often said that finishing is part art and part science.

This session focuses on real-world experiences solving finishing challenges; exploring cement’s interaction with air, water, curing methods, admixtures, and changing weather conditions; and best practices for finishing with today’s mixes.

Attendees will see practical examples of proper finishing techniques, solutions to jobsite issues, and how local materials impact projects; learn how evaporation rates impact finishing; resources that are available to finishers; and more!

Join presenters Darrell Charlton & Josh Sullivan with 1L Concrete Solutions as well as an Introduction and Overview of Concrete/Cement Resources from the Kentucky Concrete Association, and the South Central Concrete Education Council.
